Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by fitness. My love for weight training began while I was a freshman in high school through the motivation of my coaches who pushed us to be the strongest, the fastest and the best. These coaches knew that lifting weights was the key to reaching our goals in sports. I love to see others excel in this area and achieve their goals and I am devoted to being a part of this process. My life has been blessed with opportunities to change lives through fitness and to encourage others to attain excellence in this area.

I enjoy coming to the Studio to help others reach their fitness goals. They always know that I will motivate them and will be there with my help so they can achieve their full potential! There is nothing better then seeing a client hitting goals and knowing they will be happy with the results.
Physical Therapy
Also added to the Studio 360 team is Debra Martin with Archer Physical Therapy. Debra Martin, MSPT, CLT is a Physical Therapist with 15 years of experience. She has developed a variety of programs to meet your needs, and serves as the Medical Director at many local athletic events.

Thursdays are special in October! Each Thursday we will be holding “Lunch and Learn” at the Book Nook from 12-1p.m. Come and learn about strength training, nutrition, cardio, and physical therapy. Mark the dates and we will see you there!
7th- Chamber of Commerce morning mixer @ Studio 360(chamber members only)
8, 15, 22, and 29 Lunch and learn @ the Book Nook 12-1p.m.
Looking ahead…Studio 360 will be collecting material for and mailing out boxes to troops again this year. Thanks again to everyone who helped in any way last year. Please call the office if you would like to help this year with this service to those who serve our country.
